What’s the appropriate response when you record your data on a CD and then the computer won’t give you back the CD?

You might select the disk and click the ‘eject this disk’ button.

Repeatedly.

You might right-click, scroll down to eject, and click that option.

Repeatedly.

You might hold down the eject button next to the drive.

Repeatedly.

And hit it.

Repeatedly.

After doing all of the above, multiple times, when the CD drive miraculously opens (for no apparent reason since you did nothing other than the above, which hadn’t been working until this point), you grab the CD.

And run like hell.
